APRIL
The annual District Convention (DCON) for CNH took place from April 25th-27th, making a lasting impact on attendees and Key Clubbers across the district. This event not only provided valuable education but also marked the transition from the 2024-2025 term to the 2025-2026 term. Workshops led by district officers, including our LTG elect, covered essential skills such as maintaining exemplary behavior while serving the community, with some fun activities like slime making. Attendees also heard from the CNH board, Kiwanis, Circle-K officers, international trustees, and special guest speakers who shared their passion for the organization. Voting took place for the new District Governor, Secretary, and Treasurer, with Region 13's Charlize Lin being elected as Governor. After the tense elections, we celebrated at Gov Ball, enjoying music from DJ Bryan Nguyen and various activities like karaoke and video games. The day we left marked the first day of the new term, leaving us excited for what was to come.

MAY
D15N Foothill Knolls Flight Night Volunteering
On May 3rd, Division 15 North hosted an unforgettable service event that engaged stem school students and opened their eyes to everything flight related. The Foothill Knolls Flight Night sparked the imaginations of many, as volunteers helped to run activity stands and set up the event in its entirety. Held at Upland’s local Cable Airport, children stood in awe next to working helicopters and show planes, and even had the opportunity to meet active duty enforcement. There was a multitude of crafts for Key Club members to help students complete, ranging from parachutes, to launchable spaceships, and even hands-on programmable spheres. Lieutenant Governor Bryan Nguyen made his appearance at this event **not without mogging all other volunteers** and worked alongside members to bond with attendees through hands-on scientific activities. Despite being early in the morning, volunteers enthusiastically collaborated with one another while soaring into the new term.

D15N May Red Carpet Banquet DCM
On Sunday, May 25th, 2025, I attended the Red Carpet Banquet DCM in the afternoon alongside my fellow board members, Holly and Sophia. As I stepped into the banquet hall, a wave of sadness and nerves washed over me. I felt sad because all the enjoyable events I had participated in were now just memories, especially with the new term beginning and the seniors I had grown close to in Key Club moving on. The nerves crept in as I waited to hear about the Tech Editor position I had applied for, and the anxiety was quite overwhelming. However, my spirits lifted when I sat down with my friends for the icebreaker activity. It was a relief to focus on the moment, and I realized I could create new memories with my new board. Though I felt a pang of disappointment not getting the position, I was still grateful for the time spent connecting with more members of the Division and making lasting memories with my fellow board members.

JUNE
D15N Red, White & Blue Parade Service Event
On Saturday, June 28th, of 2025, D15N had their “RW&B Parade” Service event at Highlander Avenue Christian School! During this event, members were given a variety of jobs. I myself was working the game booths, one of them being a dunk tank! At this booth, I worked with Cheri Huang to advertise and collect tickets. A highlight was when LTG Bryan Nguyen, HTC Jordan Calderon, and EHS President Zuri Fontamillas entered the event’s talent show to sing Defying Gravity. This event was not only a way for members from D15N to get service hours. But to bond and make memories with one another. The event organizer who works for the school contacted me personally to express how thankful she was to have us all there. Key Club events such as these really are ones of consideration, they allow members to gain service hours, while having fun in the process.

D15N Lemon Festival Volunteering
On June 6–8, Division 15 North Key Club proudly volunteered at Upland’s cherished Lemon Festival, an annual tradition celebrating the city’s citrus heritage. Thousands of families enjoyed rides, food, music, and entertainment while our members worked behind the scenes to keep everything organized and welcoming by managing parking lots, assisting with booths, promoting merchandise, directing guests, and even staying late to help with cleanup. Our members' dedication not only supported vendors and staff but also contributed to funding local nonprofits and community initiatives, proving how teamwork and service can keep traditions thriving for generations!
